Elisabeth Haug is an award-winning photographer, author, and teacher who has spent more than 25 years helping people see familiar subjects in new ways. She has created fourteen photography books and photographed everything from Icelandic horses and California landscapes to wildlife, people, and the joyful daily adventures of "The Scruffy Sisters " her son's two scruffy rescue dogs.
Now 84, Elisabeth photographs mainly with her iPhone—not because the camera is unimportant, but because the best camera is often the one that lets us respond freely to the moment.
Her message is simple:
Photography begins with seeing.
Confidence begins with trusting what you see.
