Profit Chooses a Career
I am considering a career as an influencer.
Once I begin making tons of money, Dad will no longer have to teach, and we can have as much rotisserie chicken as we want.
Rory thinks this is a wonderful idea. Grandma and Dad just laugh—which tells you how little they know.
I plan to begin by covering my favorite store: Best Buy. Not that I approve of all those computer things, but Best Buy is dog-friendly. That allows Rory and me to keep an eye on Grandma—and, hopefully, prevent her from spending all the grocery money.
My favorite thing about Best Buy is the carpet. It is perfect for back rubs, belly rubs, and scratching places a dignified dog cannot reach any other way. I consider it an important service worthy of a five-star review.
The store also has an entire aisle devoted to home security. Cameras. Alarms. Doorbells that watch people.
I don’t understand why humans make everything so complicated. All they need is a couple of dogs like Rory and me. Our vicious barking can keep practically any stranger away.
Except delivery people, of course.
